Refectorio

The old patio of the Olives covered with skylights, later converted into a bottling warehouse, was transformed in 1987 into the Refertory, the name given to the convents' dining room, thus fertilizing the popular belief that an old monastery is located in these houses.

The unique sloping dark wood roof supported by a framework of solid beams evokes of an old shop, and has luminous skylights open, filtering a pleasant overhead light.

The enclosure preserves its atmosphere and constitutes a pleasant parenthesis in the daily hustle and bustle of the house, where the most relaxed gatherings seek refuge.
