Following current health regulations, and with an R&D (Innovation and Gastronomy) Department dedicated to developing new dishes and offerings, this restaurant’s philosophy combines avant-garde and tradition. It has been recognized, among others, with the “Alimentos de España” (Food of Spain) award from the Ministry of Agriculture, the “National Hospitality Award. FEHR 2010” and the “National Gastronomy Award.”
