This intimate little room for ten guests was the office where the founder of the company, Domingo Campos del Santo, worked and entertained, and later became a wine shop for the street.
It is located opposite the Tavern. The various paintings, objects, and memorabilia that adorn this room evoke that era. These include the bottles of Bodegas Campos’ main wine brands on a high shelf, old photographs and diplomas, and the grape-shaped display that dominates the room.
The basement of this room houses two underground wine storage wells that are still preserved. The new wine of the year arrived from San Roque, the Montilla winery in Campos, and at the winery, it was transferred from these “trujales” to oak barrels for aging.
The enveloping ochre color of the walls contrasts with the ceiling of dark wooden beams supported by carved corbels, a truly refined detail.
