«Beber es todo medida, / alegrar el corazón / y sin perder la razón, / darle razón a la vida» (“Drinking is all about moderation, / gladdening the heart / and without losing one’s mind, / giving meaning to life.)” This Pemán redondilla welcomes us to this intimate courtyard, a relic of the old winery that preserves its soul: a sandstone floor, old bullfighting posters, and the aging casks, still filled with wine. Their aroma emphasizes the memory of bygone days, alongside the grape harvest and winemaking tools.

The casks in this room have been dedicated by members of our Royal Family (Queen Sofía, the Prince and Princess of Asturias) and other European royal houses.

Friends are welcomed here with a freshly poured glass of wine before moving on to other rooms and patios of the House.
