Terms and conditions

The merchant, Campos de Córdoba, S.L., undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal or that could damage the goodwill of the credit card brands or the acquiring bank. The sale of any product or service that does not comply with applicable law is prohibited. In particular, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is expressly prohibited.

Pursuant to Article 4 of Royal Decree 1905/99, of December 17, customers may return perishable products within 24 hours of delivery or collection, without penalty.

Customized products or those made to the customer’s specifications, or those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Returns must be made with the original packaging, adequately protected to prevent damage. Upon receipt of the product, its condition will be checked and, if applicable, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the cause is a product defect. In such cases, after authorization from Campos de Córdoba, the return will be collected at no cost to the customer.

Returns will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the order.

• Scope: We only ship within the city of Córdoba.
  • Cost: Shipping included.
• Schedules:
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday until 3:00 PM: Delivery or pickup on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday: Delivery on the following Saturday.
• Delivery: Our own staff.
• Minimum order: €36.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and always before Friday at 3:00 PM. Cancellations made after this timeframe will result in the customer being responsible for the order and shipping costs.

Changes or cancellations of items in an order are permitted within 24 hours of placing the order, and before Friday at 3:00 PM.
